Player Registration

Fill out the following form to sign up your team. All our registrations are done electronically.

You will do following to sign up your team:

  1. Fill out and submit form below.
  2. We will send you an email confirming your registration and you must click on link to confirm registration.
  3. Make sure you check the SPAM folder.
  4. Do not re-submit your registration, if you do not receive an e-mail, text Coach Vazquez at 915-490-0046.
  5. Pay your fees based on the division your team will play. Fees and rosters due dates will be announced later.
  6. Players check in before first game of the season. Details will be provided in email.
